    We always aim to provide our customers with the highest possible customer service and resolve any issues promptly. The original watch received by the buyer we understand was a lower grade and lower model sent by mistake and we acknowledged and apologised to buyer and a correct grade watch was posted as replacement and delivered to buyer, we did not issued a refund because we sent a replacement but the buyer still left negative feedback, very disappointed😔.
