I got it brand new and it worked perfectly when I booted it up for the first time; however, when I was setting up the time zone and security questions, it froze. I turned it off and then on again and it was fine, it hasn’t done that at all after using it for a week. The WIN 4 does cost double the price of an LCD Steam Deck so it’ll hurt your wallet, but it was worth it in my opinion.
