    We were finally able to get this item working by replacing the power supply. It wouldn't even turn on when it arrived. Then we had to replace the paper bail that was broken by inadequate packaging for shipping, but now we can deliver it to the customer.

    I requested pictures of the damage, and the buyer refused to send them. As well packed as this was and I have sold quite a few electronics I do not think it was unreasonable to want to see photos of the damage that the buyer was claiming happened. You will see on my feedback one of the comments that is frequent is how well I pack the items. I stride to run an honest business and customer satisfaction.

    Buyer was not satisfied with the quality of the product that Vivitar manufactured. The negative review did not have anything to do with the description, shipping, pricing and they never reached out to me before writing a negative review. I reached out after to see if I could offer a refund to make the buyer happy and they refused and wanted other buyers to know the quality that Vivitar made.
