    Transaction was brilliant and item as described used but perfect condition,already installed and working perfectly great value and it was packaged as though it was supposed to survive an atomic blast!! Only issue was the Royal Mail shipping ot was sent Tracked 48hr but took 4days to arrive not the sellers fault at all of course that was entirely down to Royal Mail! Would definitely buy from this seller again

    Laptop was as described. But a bit disappointed windows 10 hadn't been 'extended' 3 days earlier. It must be the most securely packed parcel that I have ever received. It took me quarter of an hour unpack.
