Then when sent back they Extorted us to give "positive Feedback" in order to get a return. Then continued to say they wont refund because we damaged the unit. Overall Horrible Experience. We diagnose and repair automotive electronics daily and are always looking for new suppliers. This one however is very unsatisfactory and pushes any kind of accountability on the customer.
