The shipping was fast. Appearance appeared to be new. Quality seems to be good. Value wise for the price I paid I really have no complaints. It's installed and seems to be working fine. Now just for FYI. A simple wiring diagram for this product would be helpful because different preamps are wired differently. It would of helped to have one.

The listing clearly states shipping by UPS Ground, but the seller sent it by USPS instead. I don't receive USPS at my home. I do get UPS Ground. But, since the seller didn't send it by UPS as stated, this item ended up in the general delivery bin of my local post office, where there was a risk of it being returned. Seller needs to be more careful in their shipping details.
