Tatra primarily built heavy duty vehicles—tractors,, trucks, etc. Tetra was a company in Czechoslovakia. Their vehicles are Czech not Soviet or Russian.

However I had an issue with delivery as I was notified that it would delivered between 9.40 and 11.40. Then at 10.15 I was advised itv was delivered. I coukd find it nowhere but delivery was actually effected at 3.15pm. Very poor service from deliverer.
