I asked if they were able to find the item on the 17th. No response. I messaged again and said I would get eBay involved on the 20th. They responded saying they were sending a refund. When I sent cancellation request they didn't respond and I got an automatic message from eBay saying it should be delivered by the 22nd this was on the 25th. I just got my refund on the 28th.
