    I removed the leather. DON'T DO THAT. In lieu of my error, I used thicker adhesive strips to make up the space. Works ok. place the gear shift numbers on top of the trim. It didn't fit as nice on the dry run at the bottom. Came in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks much.
