The item was sold as "NEW" which it was not, as it was opened and out of original plastic wrap. The air tags were linked with a previous phone so unable to be reset. Unfortunately this renders them unusable to a new owner. I messaged the ownder twice about resetting them so I could use them and received no response. I attempted a return and it was immediately closed. I am now at the point of involving Ebay.

The clock showed up and the power cord was cut. I wired and new cord to the cut end correctly and the clock does not even power up. This is for a customer so I need a refund but I’m not having any luck getting a response.
