Seller Notes: “This antique Edwardian era ivory cream tambour embroidery net lace trim wedding dress dates from ... “This antique Edwardian era ivory cream tambour embroidery net lace trim wedding dress dates from 1910. It is made of an off white ivory cream color sheer net tambour embroidery lace with a chain stitch decorative floral vine leaf sprig garland latticework pattern design and ivory silk ribbon, lace trim edging. This lovely lace bridal style wedding dress has a long floor length, with a squared neckline, short sleeves, a sheer lace trim fitted waistband, tiny mother of pearl buttons, hook closures down the back and is lined in a sheer net fabric inside. The dress measures 54 inches long, with a 36 inch chest, 28 inch waist, 44 inch hips and a 13 inch back. It is in good condition, with only some slight fraying along the lace ball trim edging, a few tiny pin holes in the net and a small hole on the back skirt (see close-ups). This is truly an extraordinary piece of wearable art.”
