Hi, we received the delivery yesterday, but unfortunately, it was not handled with care while delivering, and the box & the piano were damaged/broken from the back.
It's dangerous to handle for a child cause it might cut or hurt a child's finger or hand while playing.
Disappointed as it wasn't handled properly,it would be great if you could look into this. As i m at work at the moment, but by this evening, I could also send you the images of the damaged item if required.
