Fast shipper. Good packaging. Disappointed although my fault that rider and tack were not included. All pictures were with both in it and missed the note saying horse only. There was also sticky stuff where saddle was that took a lot cleaning to get off. Again no pictures to show that as all pictures included saddle and rider. I was worried it was going strip paint but it didn't. Model is gorgeous.
