Seller was very easy to deal with. Speakers arrived on time and were very well packed. I haven't installed them yet so I don't know if they work but they looked to be in excellent condition. Shipping cost was high since it was sent by USPostal Service not FedEx or UPS. I think the shipping cost is controlled by ebay since I had a similar experience with another purchase which was shipped USPS but the charge was $19.99.
