I did not receive this item despite ordering it twice. Two reasons were given, first that there was a problem with the bar code, and next that they were no longer promoting this item. I could not find out exactly why I could not receive this item. But other than that, the seller has been very good and quickly responded to my messages. Two refunds were provided. I will never know the real reason for non delivery, but they responded quickly by offering a refund.

For some reason the seller said the item was returned to them and could not be delivered again to me. Even though I asked them to ship it again, they processed a refund instead. I don't think anyone was able to read my messages. I have had to order a second one which has delayed me at least a week. Lets see if the second one arrives? I will provide feedback on that separately. I know they try very hard to ship quickly, but sometimes the fastest option is not the best for the customer.
