The part number of the item you order MUST MATCH EXACTLY to the part you are replacing to ensure it is the correct replacement. The part the customer needed and was expecting is a completely different color, size, shape, and has a different installation location than what was offered for sale and received by the buyer. Photos the buyer submitted contradicted their statements of being sent a completely different item then ordered. All of our listings are as transparent as possible.
