Seller buys products from a warehouse & lists items for sale without actually viewing/inspecting the products they're selling. Seller sold USED cat litter box liners that were listed as new. Seller promised refund through Ebay, then asked to refund via money order (i.e. outside of Ebay/forces Buyer to disclose contact info, which is against Ebay standards), then became rude/didn't follow through with refund when I asked to please refund through Ebay. Had to contact Ebay for refund. Buyer beware!
