Seller Notes: “This antique Edwardian era lingerie ivory silk bobbin lace trim camisole top and petticoat skirt ... “This antique Edwardian era lingerie ivory silk bobbin lace trim camisole top and petticoat skirt dates from 1910. They are made of an off white ivory cream color fine tissue silk fabric with white Valenciennes bobbin lace trim inserts. This lovely lingerie set includes a camisole top with an ivory silk ribbon adjustable drawstring neckline, short cap sleeves trimmed with lace and is sheer, unlined. The top measures 17 inches long, with a 40 inch chest, 34 inch waist and 19 inch back. Included is a matching ivory silk slip skirt petticoat with a long floor length, layered lace trimmed ruffle flounce bottom, side hook closure and is lined in the front, back with a cotton modesty panel sewn underneath. The skirt measures 35 inches long, with a 26 inch waist and 42 inch hips. It is in good condition, with only a few tiny pin holes on the top (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of boudoir lingerie underpinnings wearable art”
