It is made of a black silk fabric with a periwinkle blue purple iris flower print pattern design. This fabulous floral print skirt is a long tea length with a ruffled flounce bottom, pleated gathers on the back of the fitted waistband with hook closure and is fully lined in a brown cotton fabric with a black polished cotton crinoline trimmed hemline underneath. The skirt measures 32 inches long, with a 25 inch waist and 54 inch hips. It is in good condition, with only some fraying on the crinoline hemline underneath. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique Victoriana wearable art.”
