Seller Notes: “This vintage amazing Art Deco gold lame lace beaded silk slip drop waist belted flapper dress dates ... “This vintage amazing Art Deco gold lame lace beaded silk slip drop waist belted flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of an iridescent changeable gold silk satin fabric with a sheer gold metallic lame lace overlay accented with white, yellow, orange and red beadwork outlining the floral pattern designs. This gorgeous gold fabulous flapper dress dress has a loose fitting drop waist over the head style, sleeveless with gold lace trim panels over the shoulders draping down the front, a beaded gold lace fabric cape capelet covering the back and skirt overlay, a matching fabric belted tie sash pinned on and is unlined. The dress measures 43 inches long, with a 42 inch chest, 40 inch waist and 44 inch hips. It is in good condition, with some slight faint underarm discoloration, a tiny stain on the front top and pink lipstick mark on the neckline (see close-ups). This is truly an outstanding opulent piece of Art Deco wearable art.”
