Delivered with care. Lots of bubble wrap. Very clean leather. Shame on me for not asking if this came from a smoke-free home. I did not notice that it was listed that way. When I opened a zippered pocket, I smelled smoke. That's the only reason a star was removed. Otherwise, it's exactly the type of crossbody bag I wanted; one with separate sections for me to remember where I put my things.
