There's a bit of ambiguity on my part. It seems like the top flowing piece might be some sort of patterned linen. But the bottom portion with the buttons is screaming cotton. All in all it looks like the picture, but if it's proports to be all linen, it must be two different weaves

Buyer wouldn’t give me full refund I only got 10.00 back from a 30.94 purchase. They intentionally send the wrong size so they tell you it costs them more to send it back to China so they offer you pennies on the dollar! Hated the experience don’t buy from this seller!
