Item was in perfect condition, was concerned that maybe the item wasn’t going to actually be new or authentic but it thankfully was. Packaging for the item was very respectable through the controllers box has some minor damage the controller itself was perfect. Delivery took about a week so not fast nor slow. Overall hugely pleased with this experience.
