Great communication with seller. Item was as advertised. Great album from a great and underrated guitarist. Always loved his guitar work since the Can't Buy a Thrill album. Don't exactly know what makes this a "promo" album, the import has a different cover, the one that's pictured in the thumbnail on the front of this cover, either way this appears to be a first pressing 1970 USA Polydor release.
