Then a strip of cardboard was taped around it with clear tape over the top. That was wrapped in a shipping bag. The box looked new in pics and it said new in description. I know shipping time is not on the seller but it took TWO WEEKS to get to me from IA to NC! I did try to communicate with the seller but they told me to check tracking. Of course I had been doing that
