    Sent me the wrong shirt, claimed they “triple checked” to make sure it was the correct shirt… was told they would re send me the shirt, did not. I sent the shirt I received back immediately the next morning and still took over a week to finally issue a refund, and not deliver the shirt I wanted. Terrible business.

    I accidently sent the wrong shirt and I apologized and accepted return immediately. They took multiple days to ship the item, which caused the refund process to be delayed. I offered a future discount due to my miscue. They wanted me to send the shirt while the other one was being returned, with hopes of getting a free item. An honest mistake and will not happen again. Just a buyer trying to get something for CHEAP/FREE. **PENDING REMOVAL**
