      While I will not leave negative feedback, the best I can do is neutral, simply because we did get a resolve to the issue; however, it took a bit of effort. Item was defective, and after explaining the issues, the seller then wanted video's. Clearly, the product was inferior. I had to take the step of "I have the option of leaving negative feedback." Seller was very quick to ask me not to do that and offered the refund desired. Sadly, a buyer should not have to take that step.

      We attempted to gather more details regarding the issue, but the buyer refused to cooperate and threatened us with negative feedback. Despite our offer of a full refund without requiring the return of all the packages, the buyer still left neutral feedback
