I purchased this with pannier racks so you’d think they include fittings realizing the project but no - response was “picture only show plate in listing”. Based on that logic I’m glad it came in a box! Not as fast as reported by others. Shop around, product was available on Amazon for same price WITH fittings (in picture)!
