Article 8 : Droit de rétractation

Conformément à l'article L.121-16 et suivants du Code de la Consommation, le consommateur dispose d'un délai de 7 jours ouvrables à compter de la date de livraison de sa commande, pour retourner tout article ne lui convenant pas et demander l'échange ou le remboursement sans pénalité, à l'exception des frais de retour. L’acheteur doit, avant de retourner son produit, disposer de son numéro d'accord de retour (cf paragraphe 9, procédure de retour). Le produit devra être retourné en bon état, dans son emballage d'origine et non usagé.

Les frais de retour en cas de rétractation demeurent à la charge du client. Dans le cas d'une rétractation, je ne suis pas en mesure d'accepter le retour du produit s’il ne se trouve pas dans son emballage d'origine. Je renverrai le colis à l’acheteur et l’informerons par e-mail.

Article 9 : Droit de retour

L’acheteur dispose d'un délai de 60 jours à compter de la réception de son lot pour prévenir Philippe DE NEVE de son souhait de retourner le produit. A partir de la date de demande de retour, l’acheteur dispose de 15 jours pour me retourner le produit.
