This item is a fake/counterfeit/clone. The hosel terminology is not correct for the forged model, consistent with the hot metal irons. Furthermore, there is no serial numbers present. Requested a full refund and return and the return shipping label provided did not work. Both USPS and UPS said they had never seen a label like it and it would not work in their system. This is turning into a nightmare experience. Still awaiting a correct label and response from the seller.
