The seller shipped quickly. I was scared because of some comments, but it's Ebay's international shipping hub that takes forever. Also, it was a very slow ground shipment. As far as the product is concerned, it's trash. It doesnt lay the line properly and it's not a shimmable spool design. I ignore if this item was returned before or not, but it's a lemon. Because shipping back from Canada with the customs is a nightmare, I will keep the reel and try to buff 1mm of the spool seat with a drummel
