Not compatible with Ryobi ROS300. Looks identical to the original pad but the screw holes are offset 2mm too far out from center. Ended up damaging the sander and pad before figuring this out.

hi, friend, our item is compatible with for Ridgid R2600, R2601 Random Orbit Sander and Other 5-inch 8 holes round sanders with 4 screws hole. The sander and pad probably broke down in transit. I will solve this for you.
