Items were listed in perfect condition, arrived with (old) chips. When alerting the seller I said I prefer not to return them. He immediately offered a full refund. He then dropped the offer and insisted I return them. I counter offered with a 50% refund since I didn’t want to return them and he refused, insisting I return them. I’m keeping them, having paid top dollar for goods he either knew were damaged or had the opportunity to make good on, but refused to. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.
