Ordered for a b-day gift on April 30th. Did not receive by the end of the established time frame May 9. Did not get a tracking number either. Contacted seller, who sent a jumped into action by sending a tracking number May 10 with a new established date May 12 and got the item. I am not sure but I think this became a new request??? Not sure what happened to the first item (did someone drop the ball???) Bottom line I got the necklace after the birthday so it is now a Christmas gift.
