    After I had chosen 3 pieces and paid for them in full, seller abruptly canceled my orders because she disliked my asking that they be packed in a well-known way to help ensure safe arrival. When I tried to explain why it was useful to add this to the packing, she asserted that my request solely reflected my attempt to be controlling! I think her characterization of my personality was quite inappropriate and unprofessional, esp. since method I requested is very commonly used. Very bad behavior!

    The person asked to have things wrapped with saran wrap and to avoid using bubble wrap. I have never heard of that and have shipped thousands of packages over the years with very little problem. When I refused she got angry and canceled the sales, so she is now, a month later, leaving me negative feedback without having purchased anything from me. Please you be the judge.
