    I purchased this used no return item in good faith expecting it to be in good condition for the price. However, the non stick bowl is badly scratched and the recipe book torn and stained making some recipes illegible. Scratched non stick can be harmful to health and make food stick. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the seller. Can ebay help me to get a refund on my costs of £52.06 including postage charge I paid please?
