    UPDATE: Seller clarified that the base station is new with factory sealed, but the renewed paperwork that came with it was misplaced.

    I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. I sell various conditions of Arlo products. The base station sent out was factory sealed taken from a factory box. The paperwork you are referring to must have accidentally been included in your instructions package - this feedback is directly related to a wrong placed piece of paper rather than the actual condition of the item you received.
