Description omitted that the top piece was a cheap plastic bell to replace the original metal piece which must have been lost. With the obvious wear and tear, the item was overpriced for what it was. Packaging was hodgepodge and not at all environmentally friendly -- we filled a trash bag with the tape which held together 4 separate USPS boxes too small for the disassembled pieces plus an overlay box and lots of wadded paper inside. Very annoying to take apart for required recycling in CA.
