    I have been a seller on eBay for 15 years. I haven't until now, given a bad review. I cannot understand how a seller can accept an offer, and completely ignore you when you ask about the status of your purchase. Not only did they ignore me, they never shipped the item, nor did they refund me. I had to have eBay step in to process the refund. This seller should be banned from selling. This is totally unacceptable.
