    They didn't ship what was ordered they filled in with another brand of tool , my customer was trying to fill a matched set of Armstrong tools that he had and was pacific on what he wanted , Communication was good but shipped tool anyway after asking for refund

    Customer was slow to respond to questions, We followed our normal shipping procedures and the order was shipped before he got back to us. I had send a request to the warehouse to hold the order but they did not get my message in time and the order was shipped with its replacement. The Armstrong product was defective as I explained and could not be shipped and was waiting for your response on the options. We do apologize tor the issue Perry Cutting Tool Solutions
