    It’s been 27 hours since I heard from this seller on the item I purchased. I ordered what was in the seller’s listing with photos. When I received the item it was NOT the item I ordered. I contacted the seller. They replied that they didn’t know that they sent the wrong item; “”they all look the same”. They said they would look into it. I have not heard back on the outcome. I have never had someone send me the wrong item and seem to just not to be interested in fixing the problem.

    Seller was very slow to ship package. Had to contact seller directly for an update, only then did they ship the package (a few days later). Product was undamaged however was not secured in any bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Not the best experience.

    Package was shipped out on time - however Fedex was slow shipping - it was a large horse not fragile at all so no i did not secure it with bubble wrap or peanuts, it was shipped in a large box that protected the horse - sorry that i did not want to waste materials that were not needed
