All other items I have sold (I have sold many items) have been delivered on time and to the correct address. No one has ever complained of delivery. When I contact the buyer, they give me a load of bullshit saying they need a "document of signuter" which is clearly not even English and also how else is a buyer meant to provide a document other than proof of delivery.
