Negative seller! I made a purchase to this seller but never received what I purchased for and never get a fund.

This customer filed a charge back with his credit card company after we requested USPS to try delivery again (the Post Office said they were holding the item for pickup on Friday). We asked them to deliver on Monday, which the customer said was ok, and then he immediately filed a chargeback with his bank before Monday came. I believe he asked the Post Office to hold the order. He also wanted us to refund him again after chargeback. This customer is a scam artist trying to get things for free.
