    Product was well packaged. Arrived in good cosmetic condition and seems fully functional. My only observation is that they do not seem overly knowledgeable about the many compatibility challenges of the SFP+ equipment they are selling. Seems like most vendors in this space take a YMMV approach, so I do not fault TechyParts for this, but as a newb they were not overly helpful on this subject (sales and shipping were solid though).
