    The item was damaged when opened l contacted seller for return address straight away but got no reply so got the if not delivered return address and sent the item there .Contacted seller several times sent photos of damaged item three times but still no refund.Was offered 10%,20% and50% but refused .Told to post it with tracking number which cost 50% of cost of item. Told they had not received item they checked track number and told not their address .So if they are that hard up for £13 keep it
