    I made multiple attempts to explain the reason for the delay in shipping. My husband was admitted to the hospital for a possible emergency for a bowel obstruction and was very sick. Buyer claimed that I had already told him that it had been shipped when in fact I had stated that it was to be shipped the next day. Buyer sent numerous messages threatening me, using vulgar and profane language. Buyer was refunded 100% of his money, reported and blocked from purchasing any other products.
