There's no mention item was in open box or used in ad. According to tracking seller sent, item was sent from HongKong and was "on its way", no mention of Amazon Prime. Three days later, item was delivered in a banged up open box that was rewrapped by Amazon Prime. Then, yesterday, a week later, their tracking sent an email saying that the item was delivered yesterday. Very strange, misleading way of doing business. I would stay away.
