Item as described and shipping was usual. Item was shipped in original packaging. Grayl being popular means they sell fast and expensive. This was a good value considering it is like new.

Ordered Saturday. Seller dropped off in a package bin Tuesday AM. USPS picked up from bin Wednesday. For $12 in S&H, it should be handled better than dropping it in a package bin days later. Taking it to a person at the counter is safer- more accurate shipping and tracking. Seller was responsive, but shipping was a poorly handled snafu for the purchaser. Product arrived completely dead and needed a charge which indicates the seller does not test their products or accept returns so beware.
