Item arrived quickly and in good condition. Blouse very odd. Was hard to figure out how it was meant to be worn. I will make some slight alterations to it to make it more wearable. But it is very pretty with the temporary basting I’ve already made to it as a pre alteration. The blue velvet ribbon across what I’m assuming is the back is very odd. But that’s WHBM. They make pretty things but also unusual things as well. lol
