The seller did a good job except that they chose Fed Ex, who claimed they delivered the package, but I never got it. In contrast I have had ton of packages delivered without issues through USPS. So I am uncertain what to do other than chalk it up as a loss

I want to apologize to the seller. They did a fantastic job, and their rating shouldn't have taken a hit because of Fed Ex. This situation was out of their control. I will use them again...Is there a way to change their rating from me to positive. I now CLEARLY understand how this rating effects their business, and they did nothing wrong.
